Francisco Morales

Francisco Morales has over 25 years of experience in helping injured workers obtain the benefits they are entitled to in the workers’ compensation system. He is a dedicated California Workers’ Compensation Hearing Representative with extensive experience assisting injured workers navigate the complexities of the workers’ compensation system. Francisco believes that effective representation begins with listening to each client, understanding the unique circumstances of their claim, and clearly explaining the options available to them.

In the role of Hearing Representative, Francisco prepares cases for hearings, reviews medical and employment records, communicates with insurance carriers and opposing representatives, participates in Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Status Conferences, Expedited Hearings, and Trials with a strong understanding of California workers’ compensation laws and procedures.

Outside of work, Francisco enjoys traveling, salsa dancing, cooking, spending time with his wifeand family.
